1)The application of Keyence KV-1000,PLC on the santairy napkin stacker as the main control unit together with servo system largely simplifies the complicated transmission structure, improves automatized degree of machine and ensures the stability of machine.

2)The small PLC screen on stacker machine realizes the personalized operation of system and enables us to timely set the parameter and achieves the communicate between man and machine.

3)Each processing unit of the stacker machine is driven by the independent servo motor and synchronizingly controlled by moving controller to ensure it’s accuracy and flexibility.

4)The entire stacker machine has a rotary encoder to trace the speed of main motor and keep the two in accordination.

5)The absolute value encoder traces the cutting position of main motor, through ram controller, which makes it convenient to develop and improve quality control function.

6)The stacker machine has the function of automatic inspection rejects, for example, embossing, empting bag, collecting products. This function can be switched on and off as required.

7)The phase of equal distance collocation device for product entering can be adjusted both automatically and Manually.

8)When product  going through KK table, the machine makes a quick motion automatically conveying the set  quantity

9)The collocation table on the out point of KK table is driven by a individual servo motor...
