TNRTA-10000 is featured with high degree of automation and stable operation. It is widely used for packaging of roll tissues, kitchen rolls and toilet rolls. The capacity of one set of machine is equal to that of 8~10 workers(Save huge labor). It is so easy to operate that the worker can operate the machine independently after 1~2 day's training.

Performance

1. PLC and servo motor are adopted as controlling and driving units. The whole processes including counting ,bag feeding, bag opening,filling and sealing, which is completed automatically.

2. User-friendly interface,touch screen controlling and  easy operation.

3.The failure tracking alarm systerm is reflected on the touch screen, which's help to the reparation process.
